Don’t stop chasing.
I think that one of the biggest reason why relationships do not work out in the long run is because at one point, one side (or both) stops trying. Before one claims another person as their significant other, they would do anything to make that person happy. They would chase, they would flirt, they would be charming. They would send daily morning and goodnight texts every time you wake up or go to sleep. They would write corny messages and pick up lines just to make sure that there is a smile upon your face. But once they claim you as theirs, all of those things eventually stop. The 5 page texts slowly turn into 1. The constant calls turn into not calling at all. And the lovely endearments turn into daily arguments. In order for a relationship to work, don’t ever stop chasing. Just because the person you want is now consider “yours”, it does not mean they deserve anything less than the time when you’re trying to win them over.

last night i found the most perfect christmas card of all time
i bought it, but i am keeping it for myself.
“marry me. let’s spend our week nights eating cereal on the floor when there is a perfectly fine table behind us. we can go to the movies and sit in the back row just to make out like kids falling in love for the first time. marry me. we’ll paint the rooms of our house and get more paint on us than the walls. we can hold hands and go to parties we end up ditching to drink wine out of the bottle in the bathtub. marry me. and slow dance with me in our bedroom with an unmade bed and candles on the nightstand. let me love you forever. marry me.”— Unknown (via perfect)
OTP test.
Who did you think of? That’s your OTPIt’s funny. Despite being gay, I immediately thought of a generic man & woman when reading this, because I don’t associate the word “marriage” with a loving, gay relationship. Thanks for that, religious right :/
^Oh my gosh, that’s the saddest thing I’ve ever heard.
- Appearance - It’s their face, the way they dress or just their smile etc, which basically attracts you.
- Personality - Where their personality is just adorable. From how they talk to you, the way they treat people and how they act towards you.
